Privacy policy
Last updated 20 September 2026
LPHost collects as little as it can get away with. This page says exactly what that is.
What we collect
- Billing details — name, email address, country and the last four digits of your card. Stripe collects and stores these; we only see what Stripe shows us.
- Account details — the email address you sign in with and the servers on your account.
- Technical logs — IP addresses and timestamps from panel logins and server connections, kept for security and abuse handling.
We do not collect card numbers, and we never sell or rent anything to anyone.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Nothing follows you around. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages, which are covered by the Stripe privacy policy.
Who processes your data
- Stripe — payments, subscriptions and receipts.
- Cloudflare — serves this website and filters attack traffic.
- Our hosting providers — the physical machines your game server runs on.
How long we keep it
Account and server data goes 14 days after cancellation. Technical logs are kept for 90 days. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires, normally six years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@lphost.net and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
LPHost is not aimed at under-13s and we do not knowingly hold their data. If a child has signed up, email us and we will remove the account.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will email account holders before it takes effect.
