What happens right after I pay?
Stripe emails your receipt, and we email the panel login, the server address and how to start it — to the same address, usually within minutes. Checkout asks which game and which region you want, so there is nothing to sort out afterwards.
Can I move between tiers later?
Yes, in either direction. Email us and we move you the same day; Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice. Your world, mods and configs stay exactly where they are.
Is there a refund policy?
Seven days, no questions. If the server is not what you expected, email support@lphost.net inside the first week of a new subscription and we refund the full amount. Details are in the refund policy.
Where are the servers?
London, Frankfurt, New York and Los Angeles. You choose at checkout, and if you pick the wrong one we will move you once for free.
Do you cap players, mods or plugins?
Player slots are listed per tier and Tier 3 upwards is uncapped — the real limit is the memory you bought. Mods and plugins are never restricted: it is your file system.
How do I cancel?
One email to support@lphost.net and we stop the next payment. Your server keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for, and we keep your files for 14 days in case you change your mind.
